Chapter 11

Lucky and Nikolas were waken the next morning by a tall maiden like women. "Get up," she snapped at them.

Lucky rubbed his eyes and looked at her coldly. "Why?" Lucky asked her.

"I was told that you two are my new helpers and I have lots to do. So, let's get going," She commanded them. Lucky and Nikolas looked at each other and shrugged. Then the two boys got up and followed her out the door. Lucky wasn't to surprised that Helena had put them to work and it almost felt normal. She was now treating him exactly how he expected her to treat him. The woman showed them to the kitchen and looked them up and down with a superior attitude. "Do either of you ever cooked?" she asked.

"I can cook," Lucky said.

"Good. I don't have much time to watch every move you make. So, I'm placing you in charge of him. One mess up and you will be the one taking the blame. Is that understood?" she asked Lucky.

"Yes, I hear you load and clear," Lucky told her with a sarcastic tone of voice.

This remark got him slapped and as he held his face. The woman looked right at him and said, "I will not put up with your mouth. You will do as I tell you and when I tell you. You will not eat until all your work is done and if you make trouble. I will withhold your meal. So, I would be very careful if I were you. Now, let's get to work," she ordered them.
Lucky and Nikolas helped cook not only Helena's meal but the others as well. They worked all-day and only stopped twice to eat. By the time they were done, both were tired and ready for bed. Just as Lucky and Nikolas were about to enter their room Ari and two guards showed up. "You are needed in Helena's room," Ari said to Lucky and the men grabbed him.

Lucky started to fight them with everything he had left. He knew exactly what Ari was talking about and he wasn't going to have any of it. "Get off him," Nikolas yelled but Ari had just opened the door and shoved
him inside. Nikolas was kicking and trying to get out as the door was locked.

"Let's go," Ari command and the three men literally pulled Lucky down the hallway.

Lucky fought and kicked all the way to Helena's room but he just couldn't get free of the men. Helena was sitting in one of the chairs dressed in a silk nightgown and she didn't look to pleased about Lucky's behavior. "You act like I'm going to hurt you," she said as Lucky was shoved into the room and put in front of her.

"You're a sick old bat that can't get someone willing to sleep with you that you have to black mail them. Well, I'm not going to do it. I'm out of here," Lucky snapped and he slammed his foot down hard on of the goons and they let go of him. Lucky pulled free of the other man and he was all most out the door when Ari reached up grabbing him by the hair and pulled him back into the room. "Shit, that hurts. Let go," Lucky yelled as he tried to pull his hair free from Ari's grasp.

"Lucky, calm down. I'm not going to hurt you," Helena said and she moved toward him and slowly rubbed her hand over his face.

"Go to hell," Lucky said and he spit right in her face.

Helena reply was to slap Lucky hard across the face. "Ari," she said in a commanding tone of voice. Ari nodded his head and as soon as the guard got a hold of Lucky. He walked over to her dressing table and picked up a needle. Ari then placed it in her hands and the guards started to pull up Lucky's sleeve and hold out his arm to her. "I didn't want to do this Lucky but you leave me no choice. This will make you much easier to handle and I promise. One day, you will walk into this room and be glad about it."

"No," Lucky said in a defeated voice as the needle entered his skin and the drug was injected into him.

Stefan and Luke had only gone five miles down the road when Luke yelled, "Stop the car!"

"What's wrong?" Stefan asked as he slammed on the brakes and looked at Luke with a puzzled look on his face.

"Get out!" Luke commanded and he yanked open the door and started to pull Stefan with him. He was looking around for his black bag but didn't find it. "Where is my bag?"

"What is going on" Stefan tried to ask but Luke stopped him.

"Where is my bag?" He yelled.

"In the trunk," Stefan said.

With this information, Luke took the keys from the ignition and pulled Stefan to the back of the car. He quickly got out the bag and reached in and pulled out his pick set. Luke fought his fear and anger for being taken as he tried to get the cuffs off. After both him and Stefan were free. He grabbed the bag and Stefan by the shoulder and ran as far way from the car as he could get. He had dropped the cuffs in the trunk as he moved. They hadn't gone far when the car blew up sending Luke and Stefan flying threw the air. Stefan looked over at the burning car and then at Luke. "How did you know?" he asked.

"The sign back there said DEAD END! She wanted us to die and we were caring the bomb on us," Luke told him.

"The cuffs! Then why did you blow up the car?" Stefan asked her.

"Because she most probably had a tracking device on it. Now, she thinks were dead and we can go after our sons." Luke told him smugly.

"One problem, we don't know where they are," Stefan said as she picked himself up off the dirt.

"Back where we were last," Luke told him as he got up as well.

"The house over the hill!" Stefan replied and wanted to kick himself for not figuring it out sooner.

"You got it," Luke said and he started to walk back down the road.

"Luke this way," Stefan said and he head to the fence that ran up and down the road.

"How do you know?" Luke asked him as he walked in Stefan's direction.

"I grew up here. I know every hiding place and path back to that house," Stefan said and he climbed over the fence and disappeared into the woods. Luke was forced to go with him and hoped that he wasn't making a big mistake for doing so.

After Helena put down the needle, she motioned to the guards and they pulled Lucky towards the bed. He fought with everything he had but the three men over powered him. He was shoved roughly onto the bed. From the back of the room, Ari pulled out leather restrains and advanced towards Lucky. He roughly cuffed Lucky's wrist together, and restrained Lucky's arms to one of the bedposts. Lucky was pleading and cursing at the people in the room, but everyone ignored him. Ari turned away from Lucky, a knowing smile on his face, and turned to Helena for his next instructions.

"You may go," Helena said to the three men and they left without a word. Only Ari hung back for a few seconds, almost as if he didn't want to miss watching what was about to happen. After a curt nod from Helena he reluctantly took his leave as well. Helena watched as Lucky pulled and yanked on the restraints to get free, to no avail. She enjoyed watching him struggle. Even before the actual evening had begun, she was already starting to enjoy it.

"I'll just wait until you are a little calmer," Helena said. She smiled at Lucky and slowly, deliberately even, made her way to the side of the bed, where she sat down in her chair and watched Lucky intently.
Lucky tried to ignore her and desperately worked to get free. No matter which way he moved, or turned, the restraints were not giving way... They were tight, and there was nothing he could do about it. He watched Helena's slow approach, and cringed. He had no doubt as to what she wanted, and the mere thought of it made him sick. As time passed, Lucky could slowly feel the drug taking effect. His movements became more sluggish and slow, until he could no longer move. The world around him suddenly came to a crashing halt and Lucky watched in horror as Helena moved slowly from the chair to his side. He tried to get away from her hands, but the drug seriously slowed down his reaction time and she was able to easily grab him and make him lay flat on the bed.

"No!" Lucky said in a barely audible voice, even though he'd been trying to scream at her.

"Yes, my dear, yes... Now just lay here and relax," Helena said, almost purring. "I'm not going to hurt you, Lucky. As a matter of fact, I can guarantee you that you will feel many times better after we're done".
Helena slowly leaned down towards him... Lucky could feel her breath on his face, and tried to move his head to the side. She saw this and used her left hand to hold his head still. Once she had his head secured, she kissed him. It was a long and passionate kiss, full of longing on Helena's part.

Lucky tried to turn his head once again, but Helena's grip was tight, and he was disoriented because of the drug. She knew that he was getting weaker by the minute, so she let go of his head and moved both hands towards his shirt, where she began to slowly unbutton it. She untucked the shirt from his jeans, and let it fall open. She ran her hands down his chest, relishing at the feel of his naked skin on her hands. She broke off the kiss, and moved down to the waistband of Lucky's jeans. She unzipped them, and slowly took them off, tossing them aside. She placed her hands on his hips, and slowly ran them down to his thighs, where she explored the muscles there. She was pleased... Lucky was small, but still very nicely built for a teenager... She knew that this was one night she wouldn't soon be forgetting.

Lucky was paralyzed. The drug prevented him from moving, but it did not prevent him from feeling her hands on him. He felt sick... He wanted to be anywhere, but where he was. Inside his mind, he was screaming for her to stop, but he was powerless to either move or say anything. Lucky was forced to simply lay there and deal with what she was going to do to him.

Luke and Stefan walked though the dark woods and just as they got over a small hill. Luke grabbed Stefan by the arm and pointed to a tree that wasn't to far away. Leaning against the tree was a man smoking a cigarette with a rifle not far way. Luke gave Stefan simple hand singles and then the two men went into two different directions. The man had just put out the cigarette when Stefan walked up to him and said, "I think you messed up," he said and before the man could speak. Luke took the butt of his gun and brought it crashing down hard on the man's head.
"Not bad, Count," Luke said as he slowly brought the man to the ground and started to tie him up.

After making sure that the man wasn't going to get in the way, Luke started to head in the direction of the house but Stefan pointed toward the cliffs. "I know easier way in," Stefan said and he started to make his way down the steep embankment.

"There is no way to the house from the beach!" Luke said as he reluctantly walked in the same direction as Stefan.

"The hidden loading docks have a entrance that leads up to the main house. Mikkos had it put in around my seventh birthday," Stefan told Luke as he climbed down the cliff's wall.

Neither one of them said a word until they got down to the ground and made it to the loading docks. It wasn't just a loading dock but a huge warehouse that was big enough for large ships to dock. There was a large tide pool that was build in right behind the house that could easy take a big tanker loaded down with supplies. "I wonder what he used this for." Luke said coldly thinking about all the supplies that it took to build Mikkos' weather machine.

"Everything and anything," Stefan said as the two men climbed the docks and headed inside. There were three guards but they never expected Luke or Stefan and it didn't take long for them to be taken care off.
After Stefan got Luke past the new part of the house, Luke took the lead and went to the secret passage that ran all over the house. He walked in the passage with easy and as they neared the area that ran behind the servants rooms. Stefan heard Nikolas yelling. "It sounds like he is just a few feet ahead," Luke said and the too rushed on. As they neared the place where they heard Nikolas yelling. Luke was taken a little off guard. He knew exactly what room Nikolas was being held in. As soon as Luke opened the panel, Stefan slipped past him and went right to Nikolas.

Nikolas saw his father coming toward him and was shocked for a few seconds but as soon as Luke walked through the door. He remembered Lucky and said in a rush, "Lucky! Helena's men took him to her room."
Luke panicked at this and took off in a rush. He ran down the dark passageway and thankfully for his almost perfect memory about places he had been. It didn't take him long to get the to door that lead to Helena's room. He was hopping that she hadn't changed rooms. Luke opened the panel and stepped inside her room.

Helena was on top of Lucky leaning over him as she kissed along the side of his neck. Luke stalked over the bed and grabbed her by the back of the neck pulling her up to his face. "You bitch! I told what I would do if you tried it. Now get ready for pain." Luke said and with that he threw Helena across the room. She landed hard against her desk and laid there stunned for a few moments. It gave Luke enough time to get to her and yank her to her feet. "You should have made sure I was dead." Luke said and he slapped her heard across the face.

Helena went for stunned to out raged. "How dare you treat me like this. I made you and I can break you!"

"That's right darling you made me!" Luke said with cold lifeless eyes and he slammed her hard against the desk and started to kiss her. None of what he did was gentle or loving. Helena suddenly realized that she was in real trouble and started to fight him but Luke refused to let go. He kept on pulling at her and hurting her. He wanted to pay her back for hurting his son and all the time she made him feel like dirt.
Stefan and Nikolas walked in right then and Stefan ran to Luke and tried to pull him off. "Luke, stop!" He said grabbing the man's arm. Luke looked up and glared at Stefan coldly.

"Go way, count! Mommy dearest is getting everything she asked for," Luke snapped at him and shoved Stefan hard against the wall.

Helena took advantage of Stefan's arrival and made it to the double doors that lead out the landing before Luke realized that she was gone. "Oh, no you don't." He said grabbing her by the back of the hair and pulling her to him.

Helena looked up into Luke's eyes and realizing that he was really going to kill her. She started to beg for her life. "Luke, don't do this. You'll regret it. I swear."

"No, I won't. This is one thing I will never regret," Luke said and started to shove her toward the edge.

"Luke don't!" Helena, Stefan, and Nikolas said all at once.
Luke didn't listen. He got Helena to the rail and before he pushed he leaned over and kissed her one more time. "See you hell," he whispered afterwards and then shoved her hard. Helena went over the railing and you could her hear scream as she fell. Her scream didn't stop until she hit the water down below.

Luke's rage ended at the moment she splashed. He stood there unmoving from the railing those long seconds. He was in shock that he had finally killed her, but he didn't regret it. At least Lucky wouldn't have to look at her face everyday of his life and he could put this night past him easier.
Luke was had just started to turn around when Ari showed up from shadows with long thick poll in his hands. "You killed her," he said coldly and then swung aiming right at Luke's chest.

Luke was hit dead center and the blow knocked him off his feet and over the railing. Right before Luke fell past the ledge. He grabbed a hold of the rail and tried to pull himself up. Ari kicked at Luke's hand as he yelled, "You killed her!"

Stefan had seen this and raced to help Luke out but just as he got to Ari. Luke lost his grip and soon disappeared from sight. Luke never made a sound but Lucky did. His voice ran throughout the night as his father fell to the water below.
