| Chapter Seven � �Too late?� �Spencer?� said Stefan. �What are you thinking about?� �I�m thinking about my kid,� he answered looking down at the ocean below them. After a few moments of silence, Luke asked. �You were lying about the sniper. Tell me what really would have happened if those codes were not keyed in.� Stefan did not answer for a long time. He was trying to think of a way to tell him. �Stavros would have beaten Lucas black and blue, and with Helena sick, there would be no one to stop him from killing him this time.� came Stefan�s soft reply. �Why do you keep calling my son Lucas. His name is Lucky.� Luke demanded. �Stavros demanded that Lucky be called Lucas Lorenzo S. Cassadine. Lucky, Spencer, and most definitely your name was never to be spoken. It was much safer and easier on you son. If Lucky became a distant memory.� came Stefan�s reply. �That Bastard.� Luke said threw clinched teeth. �When I get my hands on him. I am going to rip that brother of yours apart.� �Hopefully, you and he will not cross. If everything goes as planned. We will have Lucas before he even realizes what is happening.� Said Stefan. �There is more to this plan then you are telling me.� Luke said staring coldly at Stefan. �So talk.� �Nothing much. We have two hours to land on the plateau by the bluffs and get Lucas. If we are late by more then a half an hour. Alexis will have shot Lucas and herself. Thinking that we have failed,� he said. �What?� yelled Luke. �Why would she do that.� �Because, if my brother ever got wind of this plan. He would have beaten Lucas to death and I would have him die from a quick bullet then die in Stavros� hands.� Stefan answered coldly. Alexis looked at her watch for the tenth time in the past five minutes. She was sitting on a rock looking out at the ocean while Lucky was busy sketching her picture. �Alexis? We can do this later or not at all if you want.� he said putting the pad down. �I�m sorry Lucas. Let�s take a break and pick this up after lunch.� She said climbing down from the rock. As the minutes ticked by, Alexis was getting very nervous. They only had five more minutes and then� �Cassadine can�t you get this thing moving! If that clock is up with what Alexis�s watch says, we have only two minutes anything past that and will find two dead bodies. I�ll promise you this. We find Lucky dead and there will be a lot of dead Cassadines around when I am threw.� Luke promised. Alexis walked up behind Lucky hiding the gun that she carried. As she slowly brought the gun up to his head, Lucky jumped off the ground. �What?� He screeched looking at Alexis with total betrayal in his eyes. �Lucas listen. Stefan, Nik, and I tried to bring your father to you. They should have been here by now. Stefan said if he hasn�t arrived by 12:30 today. They failed, to save us from Stavros� rage.
