| Chapter Five - �Confronting a Raging Bull� Stefan and Nikolas sat in the Cassadine�s plane both thinking of their dangerous plan. It was simple on the outside, all they had to do was free the Spencers and themselves from Helena and Stavros� grip but it was all that could go wrong that worried them. �Uncle, I wish we could have just taken Lucky with us.� Said Nikolas breaking the long silence between them. �I do too, but that would have been impossible. Your father would have never allowed it and neither would your grandmother, to them he is too valuable to let out of their sight for too long. The only person who can help is Luke Spencer. So, the only way to save Lucky is to save Luke and your mother from the other compound.� Stefan said looking at his nephew. �How is he going to trust us. Every time any of us visit, he is unfriendly and venomous. I can�t blame him ten years being held by the Cassadine�s would make anyone that way. The only thing that has kept him from escaping is Lucky. He knows that father would kill him way before he could get to him.� Nikolas asked his uncle. �That�s why I copied this.� Said Stefan holding up Lucky�s letters. �If his sons words won�t get through to him nothing will and we are all as good as dead. The part that worries me is keeping this quiet enough to get back to the other compound. We have three days and that is it. After that, Alexis will think we failed and she will kill herself and Lucky to save them both from Stavros' rage,� said Stefan sadly. They were quiet for the rest of the flight. When the plain landed, Stefan and Nikolas were greeted by Michael, the chief of security. �How are three quests doing.� Asked Stefan. �The little girl is better and Laura is fine, but Spencer is up to something. � answered Michael escorting them to the main compound. �I don�t think Master Nikolas should visit any of them today. There might be trouble.� �It�s all right Michael. Spencer will not try anything with you close by and me in the room and besides he knows what my brother would do to his son. That alone should keep him under control.� said Stefan. �It�s your call, but I�m not taking the blame if Master Nikolas gets hurt.� he said. Michael opened the doors that led to the Spencers quarters.� I have to check on a small cliche in the cameras, we are having, before Spencer gets wise. I have to leave you and the young prince alone for only a few moments.� �That�s understandable, we will be fine.� said Stefan taking the keys from the security chief. Thankful that the virus that he planted in the computers has already taken effect. Both Stefan and Nikolas were not surprise to find Luke pacing the room when the entered. �Well. Isn�t it the demon seed and Count Vlad.� Sneered Luke. �Where is Old Drac at. Trying to take over the world.� �Luke!� said Laura. �Remember, Lucky.� Luke almost said more but he didn�t. The look Laura gave him was enough to quiet him at least for now. �We don�t have time for you mouth Spencer. We have only an hour to take over this compound before they get wise. After that we are all dead and then little less the two days from now so is Lucky. So let�s get to work.� order Stefan. Luke grabbed Stefan by the collar and yelled. �WHY WOULD I TRUST YOU.� slamming Stefan against the wall. Laura and Nikolas tried to pull them apart, but it was no use Luke's rage had taken over. He was almost unreachable. Nikolas suddenly started to read from the papers he carried while Laura tried to stop her husband. �Dear mom and dad. I hope you�ll forgive me for my mistakes. I have just started writing papers and decided to practice by writing to you. Miss Thompson said I should practice but�� Luke grabbed the papers from Nikolas� hands and silently read them for himself. Laura was standing beside her husband. Grabbing the papers as they fell. Holding them as you would very find blown glass. After ten years they finally had something with Lucky's words and thoughts, and for a brief time were with him on the compound exploring his world. Nikolas helped his Uncle to his feet and they waited for a moment for the words to sink in. �I hate to interrupted, but if we don�t get moving those will be that last thing you will ever read from you son.� Said Stefan looking at his watch. �What�s the plan, Count. I have a score to settle with your brother.� Luke said looking up from the papers with true rage in them.
