| Chapter Seventeen Caine called Kermit who answered his phone on the first ring. �Yeah!� Kermit said. �Kermit this is Caine and we have a problem here. I might need you expertise. A Mrs. Cassadine is making trouble here. I thought you would like to know.� Caine said. Kermit leaned back in his chair with an odd look on his face. Luke has mentioned the Cassadines to him once, and what he heard, Kermit didn�t like. �Caine, I�m on my way and stay close to his family. I have a plan to take care of the Cassadines once and for all.� Kermit said. He hung up the phone and pulled out his gun. �I�m going to enjoy this and Port Charles may never be the same.� Kermit said as he headed out of the door. After telling the Chief that he was leaving town. Kermit stopped at Peter Caine's desk. �Hay, Pete. Your father has walked into some kind of mess in Port Charles. Do you want to tag along?� He asked. �This is a switch. I�m going to help Pop.� Peter said with a smile grabbing his coat. �I need to stop off at my apartment and get some things. Then we can hit the road.� Kermit told Peter on the way to the airport about what he knew of the Cassadines. Peter looked at Kermit in disbelief. �They tried to freeze the world?� He asked in shock. �Yes, and they would have gotten away with it if it wasn�t for Luke. I think you would like my old pal.
