| Chapter Fourteen Nikolas stopped the car in front of the Spencer�s house. �Do you want me to go in?� he asked Lucky. �I don�t know. Dad isn�t home and mom might like this idea and I know Lu would like to see you. I�m still don�t know about how to handle us as friends. Nik, it took me becoming blind for it all to happen.� Lucky said. �I think it would have happened anyway. It just would have taken longer and a lot more trouble.� Nikolas told him. He climbed out of the car and pointed Lucky in the right direction. Laura was shocked to see both her sons walk into the house. They were even smiling. �Have my prays been answered?� she wondered. �Nikolas thanks for taking Lucky home.� she told him. �I�m going to be helping him at least until Monica gets back and he asked me to stay for dinner.� he told her. �Great. Luke isn�t coming home tonight.� she told Lucky. �The doctor called.� Lucky said. �Yes, I�m sorry honey.� Laura said pulling him into her imbrues. �You can�t change anything mom and neither can dad. He just has to understand that. I�m going blind for the rest of my life. I just have to learn to deal with everything, but it is going to be harder because of me being his son. He just hopped Kermit could help. Kermit was working in his office at the station when his private phone began to ring. He picked up the phone and asked. �What�s the trouble?� �Hi, Kermit.� came Luke�s voice. �Spencer. I haven�t heard from you in a long time. How the is family? Lucky is about sixteen right.� Kermit said. �Fifteen and he is the reason I�m calling. Lucky was blinded in accident and the doctors told us it is paramount. I need know if you can help me find someone to help my kid survive with a father like me. Lucky is going to need all the help he can get.� Luke said. �I know just the person. Let me go ask him and I�ll call you back and Luke sorry about Lucky. You�re right about one thing with a father like you, he does need a lot help.� Kermit said with a smirk. �Watch it, Kermit.� Luke threatened. �Thanks old buddy.
