| Chapter Twelve �She really blames you for Lizzie�s death?� Emily asked as they headed down the road. �I don�t blame her. Lizzie would be alive if it wasn�t for me.� Lucky said. Robin looked at him. She had had it. �Lucky, I know what you are going through. Stone was the best thing that ever happened to me and now he�s gone and I�m here. You aren�t responsible for her death. Lizzie�s death was an accident. Not you or any one else could have prevented it. All you can do now is live.� Robin said turning his head in her direction. �Where to next?� Emily asked trying to break the tension. �How about the Outback?� Nikolas asked. �All right.� the girls said together. �How about home?� Lucky asked. �The Outback it is.� Nikolas said ignoring Lucky�s remark. �How did I know you were going to say that?� Lucky asked his tone full of sarcasm. The Outback was full of just about everyone in town. Lucky didn�t want to go in but with a little shove from the others. He was pushed through he door. Mac looked up from the counter surprised to see Lucky out. Let alone with Nikolas Cassadine. �Good thing Spencer and Cassadine had to spent time in jail at separate times. Those two wouldn�t be as calm as those kids.� Mac thought to himself. �Hello Robin. Glad you dropped by. I have a table right over here.� Mac said leading them to a table in the corner. �Uncle Mac, the one in the center would be better.� Robin said moving toward it. Lucky could have died. He didn�t want to be out, let alone sitting at the center in the Outback. �This day couldn�t get any worse,� he thought to himself. Suddenly, it did. Helena Cassadine walked in with Tony Jones and they sat down at the table next to them. �Nikolas. Darling. Long time no see. You must stop by and talk. I know your uncle is getting out of jail. Maybe we can have a family get together soon.� she said full of fake cheer. �No thanks, grandmother.� Nikolas said turning his back on her. �Young man, didn�t your uncle teach you better manners than this?� Helena asked getting to her feet and walking up to the group. �Yes, but he also told me not to hang out with riff raff.� Nikolas said with a smile. Lucky couldn�t help not to laugh. Helena turned on him. �You might join your father in jail. Get my meaning?� Helena asked him leaning in so only he could hear. Lucky froze. �She wouldn�t.� he thought. Nikolas had had it. He got up and turned on his grandmother. �Grandmother, let's go outside. I have a few things to discuss with you.� Helena and Nikolas stood by the door. He looked her dead in the face and said. �Get this. Lucky, Lu Lu, and my mother aren�t to be harmed or bothered in anyway. You and Luke can kill each other off for all I care, but leave them be. If you don�t grandmother, I promise you won�t want to deal with this Cassadine. Unlike the rest of the world, I know your darkest secrets and I will use them.� Nikolas didn�t even give her a chance to speak. He just walked back inside. Stopping in by Tony�s table. �Your Mistress is waiting, play thing. You better hurry or you might get into trouble.� Nikolas said with a cold laugh. Robin and Emily couldn�t believe what just happened. Nikolas had told off the wicked witch of the east and got away with it. �Where did you learn to that?� Robin asked him as he sat down. �It is a required course in learning to be the Cassadine.� Nikolas said. Lucky just sat there looking white as a ghost. His mind was on what Helena could really do to him. He didn�t like the results. �Lucky?� Emily asked. �Are you all right?� �Yes.� he said shaking off his bad vibes. �I was asking you if you would like to take the boat out this weekend. Nikolas and Robin are joining me. I would like it if you would too?� she asked. �I don�t know.� Lucky said a little unsure. �If you're worried about drowning, don�t. You will have a vest on and I�m a great swimmer.� Robin said. �I promise nothing will happen to you.� �Please.� Emily pleaded. �All right. You twisted my arm.� Lucky said defeated. Robin couldn�t help to notice the way Emily kept looking at Lucky. She was wondering if Emily knew how hard it was going to be for him to open up.
