| Chapter Eleven Luke stormed out of the house and all Laura could do was watch him leave. Luckys doctor just called. The news didnt set will with either of them, but Luke wasnt going to just give up. Laura had started to accept that Lucky wasnt ever going to see again. No. Im not giving up. He will see again. Luke said to himself driving off in a rush. He headed for the club and when he arrived. Luke was glad it hadnt opened yet. Tonight Lukes is closed. He yelled entering the club. His employees saw his face and scattered. They all worked around him enough to see that mood. Andrew just stood on the side watching. He waited for everyone to leave before speaking. Youre not helping him. Andrew said. I said leave. Luke yelled. You cant get rid of my. Im here to help you. Even if you like or not. Andrew told Luke. I cant? Luke asked and swung at the angel. Andrew just grabbed Lukes fist and shoved him into a chair. Sit down and listen. Andrew demanded. Youre not doing Lucky any good, denying him the help he needs. If you dont stop you might not be able to live with the consequences. Who the hell are you telling me what to do? Luke asked him with sneer on his face. Im an angel and God sent me. He doesn't like the way youre handling this. Andrew said pulling up a chair. Luke looked at him as if he just lost his mind. Im not drunk yet. So, you must be. he said. Im not drunk and youre not going to get drunk either. Tonight, Im going to show you where this all could lead and maybe open those eyes of yours. Luckys not the only blind person around here. Andrew said and then a sudden white flash of light filled the room. Luke had to cover his eyes because it was so bright.
