When you use the verb EIMAI (and any other verb) don't use the personal pronouns (I, you, she, he, it, they). The endings of the verb reflect the person.
CORRECT:
Είμαι η Κατερίνα
I am Katerina.
WRONG:
Εγώ είμαι η Κατερίνα
I am Katerina.
