These are the books which I still love, yet I don't read enough of their genre to warrant giving them their own page....
Realistic Fiction
Sophie's definition of "realistic" being that the book
1)has no magical elements (it may have really weird elements, such as being attacked by a 900 pound alligator, but nothing caused by supernatural forces, delusional fairies, or wand-waving)
2)it takes place in semi-modern times; it could happen now. So if there's a book which you think is realistic, yet they still use horse-drawn carriages and wear corsets, it would probably go under historical fiction...
