Update August 19, 2004: Jasmine is back home! An amazing story for 'wild' feline owners and lovers alike! She was gone , but anyone who knows these fine animals intimately can appreciate the fear of losing their friends: Jasmine's Home Again!
Update August 11. 2004
We have finally been informed of where she is! She's ok. I saw her and I melted. So did she. It was about the hardest thing ever to get in my car without her as we need a large amount of money $650. very quickly before I can recover her. That fee is up on Friday, after that, it's another $70. After hearing her cry all the way back to the car, I drove a bit down the road and fell to pieces.
So I am trying to come up with a boarding fee the NY DEC told us about only 2 days ago! click HERE to see pictures of Jasmine and I meeting again after 2 months. Please click the link below to learn more.
more pix of her:

HELP! Jasmine needs YOUR HELP DESPERATELY! <-click here to learn all about it!
Jasmine is now a 3 yr. old adult bobcat who shares her never-ending energy in our home with my husband, daughter and myself. She is a sweet handful of fuzzy love and play and the best-ever companion I've ever had the pleasure to know. Here are some pictures of Jasmine and her outside 'playroom'. While she sleeps & eats and spends most of her time inside, she can go out at will through a homemade swinging 'door' made into the window. The enclosure started out with a 'kennel kit' built on a wooden platform and floor about 2 feet above ground. This way she can not dig into the ground and helps with security and cleaning, while allowing her to be truly outside.
At 3 years, she is now a young 'lady'. But she hasn't lost an ounce of energy, and as she gets up each day, she stops to give a rub, get a short petting and charges to her 'window'. She vocalizes more and more lately, and she 'asks' to go out. She also knows the bedtime routine, and surprisingly, she is pretty good about going to bed. (she shares a bedroom at night with her best feline buddy, Nermal(our domestic cat).
Here is Jasmine napping on the shelf above the computer desks. Originally, the shelf wasn't hers, but her persistence paid off.

Jasmine has a laundry 'fetish'. I have never seen an animal so in love with clothes. She has her own laundry basket (this one is NOT hers) and will snuggle, rub and lick clothes when she gets them first! ...strange cat.....
