| The appearance of a diagonal line is unintentional. The Coptic socks look like the body stops and heel begins...often it is mistaken for a separate body piece. Not a competition piece...but I'm working on it. |
| These socks were constructed using the Tarim stitch...very old and looks like knitting...with a little inspiration from the Egyptian sock finds. The Coptic (Egyptian) socks work to the instep and then work from a flat sole...still working on the front join. My wife's around the house socks for the winter.. |
