Jump landing
"Just do a fast run up to the slope and simply left the bike up and the body at the same time, so that even the rear wheel comes off the ground as well. "

"Build up speed, then lend abit forward and push down just before you jump, then give your handle bar a sudden pull, and then the front end should automaticly rises, and then make sure you have the front wheel in line with your bike, so you have a prefect landing!"

Downhill Landing
"You must be able to know that once you lauch into the air, you must keep the weight towards the middle or the back of the bike, overise the wieght will be over the handlebars and you might end up landing on the very 'tip' of your bike causing accidents. Try landing on both wheels, so the impact can be spreaded."
