I'm not usually too keen on paid to read(PTR) programs for one simple reason - usually the only people who get paid at all are those sitting at the top of the tree and everyone else will never earn enough to reach the cash out level. However, there are a number of new PTR programs where this is no longer the case thanks to their cheap advertising rates and enthusiastic membership. Noeys-Place-Pays is one such of these sites, in fact, it's the best I've seen!

If you just want to use the program to earn cash then you can expect to earn DOLLARS each month even without referrals, rather than the cents offered by most other paid to read email programs. You get $2.50 paid into your account just for registering and can expect to earn around double that even without referrals in your first month. I am currently receiving at least 10 and often 20+ paid emails every day(average value of $0.01) and in addition to this there is a "paid to click" and "paid to signup" section on the site to earn even more money. No, you won't get rich at Noeys-Place-Pays but even without referrals you can make a few dollars for doing virtually nothing every month. Get those referrals however and your earnings with escalate exponentially.
