Consumer House is one of the more interesting prize draw and competition sites on the internet today. Open only to UK residents, Consumer House puts its members inside a virtual house and lets them explore the various rooms, selecting those items which they would like to win! Wander into the lounge, click on the TV and fill out a very brief marketing survey and you're in the draw to win it. That simple. There are loads of great prizes up for grabs every month ranging from small consumer electronics like digital cameras, up to thousands of £pounds in cash, new cars and luxury holidays. Best of all, every competition is completely FREE to enter!

Once you have signed up with the site, you can enter as many or as few of the competitions as often as you like. It should be noted that Consumer House is a permission marketeer which means the companies sponsoring the competitions may contact you afterwards if you give them permission to do so but then, I always think that's what free email addresses like Hotmail and Yahoo! are for right?! There is usually a box to tick which denies the company the right to contact you anyway so, unless you are particularly careless, there's no reason you should end up with an inbox full of spam. Considering most of the companies they deal with are major high street names anyway, you won't be expecting them to make a nuisance of themselves.

I guess there's good and bad in all sites and this is no exception. On the good side, you've got some high value competitions collected together all in one place. It will only take a few minutes to enter all of them and because they're all in the one place you only have to enter your details once instead of umpteen times as is usually the case! On the bad side, there is the issue of the site being a permission marketeer and I would imagine the odds of winning here are pretty high because the competitions are so quick and easy to enter. Still, like they say, you've got to be in it to win it and nothing ventured nothing gained huh? ;o)
