Poppeo is a site which has so much going on it can be confusing for a new user but it looks like it should be worth sticking with once it gets off the ground. The site is very new(I am member #113) and is a whole load of promotional tools all rolled into one. It's a traffic exchange, human-edited web directory, banner exchange, paid-to-click search engine etc. etc! The credits you earn here can be used for banner impressions, text ads, pop-ups and much more.
