| Ok to start things of to those moehawks, here are the first few things youve gotta do to be respected in valikorlia server. 1.Dont pk (player kill) 2.Dont pk 3.Dont pk In the beginning oyu can choose from 5 different classes. 1.warrior 2.mage 3.paladin. 4. thief (reeks noobness) 5.custom Each class has there own special crap and heres what each do. 1.warrior (has high stats and has lvl2 sword) 2.mage(gets mp and meditiate) 3.paladin (hah u dont get crap) 4.thief(stealth and pickpocket which doesnt work) 5.custom(custom stats, the best class around) now here are the nations (guilds you can choose) 1.empyria 5.lahan(doesnt exist nemore cuz of the damn alks 2.alkaria 6.frost 3.athedia *cough the best 4.taron the jobs: merchant=sells crap in stores blacksmith=makes crap in stores miner=gives crap to blacksmtih to make crap in stores farmer=doesnt do crap (not up yet) (mages and paladins dont start with magic, you get it later on in the mage quest.) Now that you know that, lets start things off witht your appearance. You dont want to look like a moronic little punk right? First change your head. Basically you change heads by using the files in your graal folder. Graal/levles/heads. To set the head you want form there type "sethead <filename>" without the quotations. Now you do the same with swords, bodies, shields etc... Be original and dont, and i mean dont, use someone's personal head/body/sword/shield. That plain pisses people off (if your a retard and does this, try this head "virpersonalhead.gif""). Create your own shit and ask staff to upload them, plz dont ask em who can. Now on to your noobish outfit. You can change colors by simply typing this: change <body part> ::press enter:: blue, red, orange etc.... (body parts are: coat, belt, sleeves, shoes, skin). Now that your done with this, lets start wioth inventory. You start with a sword and other crap thats self-explanitory. Now for those who didnt choose atheda, they start in val town. South is the church you goto when you die, east is the empyty shops, north is the horse stables, and west is a useless picnic area. For athedians, PM me in the game (press f7 for playerlist) and I'll give you free crap and show you around. Now next, you've gotta learn how to rp (roleplay) roleplaying is acting a role in your character's story, and no you cant be a god for thsoe morons who think they can. Make your story realisitic and medivalish. Now heres where you learnd the different between IC (in character) and OOC (out of character). IC means your playing as your character in the val world. You describe your actions by type this:: :: this when you rp. Ex. ::grabs a drink of water::. Even in battle its like this. Now basically you try to stay in cahracter right? But you need to say something like your lvl sux, or my dog ate my cheese and is a stupid ooc thing. Well most people tpye it in ( ) when this happens. Ex. (Damn man I slipped on my bunny slippers in the bathroom and cracked my head opened, brb cuz my brains are leaking out) or you can jsut ype -ooc in the end to indicate your dumb irl (in real life) things . Remeber try and make things realistic at the same time, dont talk like a foo in character, like "yoyoyo homie g wussup mah king!". This is the medival times, not your stupid pathetic street life. Try to keep things fun at the same time and try to get IC, trust me its fun when people rp That is all, good luck in the strange world of val you newbie. |
