<Reyes> John! John you need to calm down. Scully is there anything you can do?
<Scully> (Scully) Agent Doggett-everything is fine. Agents Mulder, Reyes and I are here.  Nothing is going to get you.
<Mulder> (to Reyes and Scully) Maybe we should step outside.
<Scully> Did the doctors finally come? I don't want to leave him if no one is here.
<Doggett> He's the one who's doing this!
(Scully and Reyes look confused)
<Doctor> (followed by a nurse) What's the problem in here?
<Scully> (Scully) He gained consciousness, and starting screaming someone was after him.
<Scully> His blood pressure shot up dramatically.
<Doctor> Thank you, Ms. Scully, but could you all please step outside...i'll give him a sedative..(to Doggett) Agt. Doggett, we need for you to calm down.
(They all exit as the nurse injects him with something)

<Reyes> I can't just stand here watching him be so helpless. I'm going to get some coffee.You guys want any?
<Mulder> No thanks. (Reyes walks down the hallway) (to Scully) What was all that about?
<Scully>  I have no idea, he was just lying there, and then he started coming to, he was fine, and then... I don't know what caused it, or who he was talking about.
<Mulder> How was he acting before he was shot?
<Scully> Well it all happened so fast. He seemed a little frustrated, or distracted. I think he has something on his mind.
<Mulder> You never did go in to detail about what happened when he was shot. Did it have something to do with the suspect?
<Scully> We were questioning the suspect, and then the suspect ran, so Doggett took off in pursuit, he said he didn't want me
    running after him.
<Scully> By the time I got there, he was struggling for the gun, and then it went off. At first I couldn't tell who was hit.
<Scully> The only strange thing was the suspect started to freak out.
<Scully> Very similar to the way Agent Doggett did just now.
<Mulder> Hmmm. Where is this suspect now?
<Scully> (Scully gets hit with a wave of exahustion-turns away from Mulder to find a chair)
<Scully> He was brought to this hospital, he was shot as well, and is being held under guard.
<Mulder> Oh, Scully...you do look tired...are you ok? I mean, maybe you should call it a night. It's been a long day.
<Scully> I'm fine. Chasing suspects is harder than chasing Will. To change the subject for a moment, I talked to Mom
    before you got here.
<Mulder> Yeah? How is he doing without his Mom for the first time?
<Scully> (smiles a little) She said he was alright. He cried a little at first, but calmed down when Mom gave him the Marvin the
    Martian doll, and the stuffed fox we got him.
<Scully> She thought he was dealing with us being gone better than we are.
<Mulder> Good. Now all we gotta do is wrap this case up then we can get back to the kid. (Smiles) Look, I'm going to see if I can talk to the suspect...see what he remembers.
<Scully> Ok, want me to come with you?
(Reyes comes walking quickly down the hallway)
<Mulder> No, that's ok...someone should be here with Doggett. Are you sure you don't want to go get a nap or something in, Scully? You haven't been out in the field in 3 months and I don't want you to over do it.
<Scully>  I would love to, but I don't see much of an opportunity opening up.
<Reyes> One of the nurses wanted me to mention that your supsect was quote "flipping out" unquote.
<Mulder> I was just on my way to talk to him.
<Scully> See what i mean Mulder?
<Mulder> No, Scully, Agt. Reyes could sit with Doggett while you get in a nap and I'll join you just as soon as I finish up with the suspect.
<Reyes> I'd be more than happy to stay here.
<Scully> Looks like I don't have a choice. I can go find the doctor's lounge since I'm being outnumbered.
<Mulder> There's a motel 2 blocks from here, I'll meet you there.
(Scully rests her hand on Mulder's arm before she walks away)
<Mulder> (turns to Reyes) Then you might want to turn in for the night as well, Agt. Reyes. Honestly...it's late, we're not going to be able to do anything more tonight. We may as well start first thing in the morning.

<Mulder> So I'll see you a little while?
<Reyes>  I want to stay here for a while to see any news on Agent Doggett, then I will. Want a rdie when you go Agent Mulder?
<Mulder> Sure.
<Reyes> Want to meet here when you're done with your questions?
<Mulder> I'll be here.
(Mulder walks down the hallway)
<Reyes> (turns back to Doggett's room and calls over her shoulder) You have the keys, don't ditch me!
(Mulder waves his reply)
(Reyes notices the dcotor is still in with Doggett, so she sits to wait)

(Mulder enters the suspects room)
<Mulder> Mr. Tabrizi? May I have a word with you?
<Tabrizi>Wwho are you?
<Mulder> My name is Fox Mulder. I'm a consultant for the FBI for paranormal
    investigations.
<Tabrizi> What do you want with me? I've already talked to 2 FBI agents and I ended up in here.
<Mulder> I just want to ask you some questions about what happened.
<Mulder> I was told that you had a problem with Agt. Doggett...can you explain that to me?
<Tabrizi> You work with him don't you? You're just here to spy for him. Does he have someone doing his dirty work now?
<Mulder> Whoa, wait a minute, Sir...You need to calm down! I'm not a spy for anyone. I don't work for the FBI and I only want to help you.
<Tabrizi>  I've heard about him.
<Mulder> What have you heard?
<Tabrizi> He kills people, and then takes things from them. I don't want him taking naything from me.
<Mulder> I don't understand. What a makes you think it was Doggett? Have you ever seen him do this?
<Tabrizi> As I told him when I saw him I know who he is
<Mulder>  How do you know? (getting frustrated)
<Tabrizi> I just do. It's a hunch. My hunchs are never wrong. Don't you get hunches, Agent Mulder?
<Mulder> Yes, I do, but haunches don't explain the body parts found at your apt. Mr. Tabrizi, you do realize that you are going to be charged for the murder of those individuals...the FBI has the evidence...it's up to you to set them straight.
<Tabrizi> Don't let him take anything from me!
<Mulder> Nobody is going to take anything away from you, but your freedom if you don't start explaining some things.
<Tabrizi> I've told everything I knew to agent Doggett's partner- the one with red hair.
<Mulder> Agt. Scully? Funny how she never mentioned it.
<Tabrizi> It must have slipped her mind, what with her partner getting shot... I'd say talk to her.
<Mulder> Look, Mr Tabrizi, like I've said, I'm only trying to help. I know that you probably didn't kill those people, but I can't help you if you don't want to be helped.You should also know that Agt. Doggett is going throught the same thing that you are now.
<Tabrizi> (breaks down) Agent Mulder, if I tell you what I know, can you protect me?
