Meet the TEAM

Victor Gordon, Attorney, Utah Bar, Utah: Victor Gordon is an attorney who, many years ago, was one of those who worked on the case involving the IRS' actions against the famous TV sitcom star, Red Foxx, actively working to assist in the defense of Mr. Foxx, though without success at that time, due mainly to the fact that the federal government has for too long been sheltering and protecting this most evil of organizations in spite of what the truth was and is.

Mr. Gordon has vowed revenge against the IRS for its role in the total destruction of Mr. Fox's life, and pledges to be a fast and hard team player among the attorneys who are to make up this most unique First Amendment Ultimate Lawsuit. Mr. Gordon is a People's hero, as hero's go, and has always been there just as much for the common person as he has for such famous celebrities as Mr. Red Foxx.

Preston Howell, Attorney, Utah Bar, Utah: Preston Howell joins the First Amendment Ultimate Lawsuit Team, and brings with him the spirit of the fight before us all. Exceptionally bright and clear headed as an attorney, Preston Howell has practiced as a trial attorney for a number of years, is very adept at contract law and recognizing the more intricate workings of violations of procedural law which makes up the heart of contract law, and is specially trained in the area of the incorporation of religious orders and their dealings and unfair advantages activities as they relates to the IRS. Attorney Preston Howell has been involved in discerning intricate political frauds and misdealings, is unafraid to move this litigation forward with the other attorneys in the Team, and to help all Americans bring this terrible "assistant" (the IRS) to the Creature from Jeckyl Island (Federal Reserve Bank) to the ground, to its utter dismantlement and forever.

John Thomas, Attorney, Utah and Texas Bar: Attorney John Thomas is an attorney who was recruited by to work in international law as a specialist in law for certain international corporation interests beginning back in about the year of 2000. Mr. Thomas is a highly remarkable and skilled government procedures corruption investigator who is as perceptive in violations of procedural law and resulting corruptions as he is in trial procedures support. Mr. Thomas is capable of expedient research and counter point litigation, a vital must in any legal team expecting to win against such monsterish court manipulations as the IRS' attorneys are famous for.

Dr Dale Livingston, DLC, JD, Chairman of the United States Federal Counselors Association, Attorney at Law by Statute: Dr. Livingston is the individual, known around the United States and in various parts of the world, who has brought us this First Amendment Ultimate Lawsuit. Dr Livingston is known for his incredibly indepth discoveries and analysis of the frauds originally committed by the Internal Revenue Service, commencing in the year of 1953, through 1962, resulting, for the first time, in an upcoming case against the IRS based almost sheerly on facts, not contradicting points of law.

This is an important distinction as it is well known in the judicial system at large and by attorneys that if there is even one set of facts which can be proven before the court in support of the claim as it relates to the charges against the upcoming defendant IRS, "if the evidence is such that a reasonable jury could return a verdict, either way, pertinent or relative to the nonmoving party (Anderson v. Liberty Lobby, Inc. 477 U.S. 248 (1986)), then it means that it is entirely inappropriate and wrong for any judge in such a case to grant a dismissal under a summary judgment, or a 12(b)(6) motion to dismiss! In Dr, Livingston's findings in the initial Ultimate Lawsuit, he has uncovered over 85 solid facts, all showing evidence of extreme income tax fraud, committed upon the American people, going back to 1953, and providing the People of the United States, for the first time, a real cause of action that says and will say to the IRS and the federal government, "You have defrauded us, for real and by fact, going all the way back to 1953, and NOW, we want our money back. ALL of it! PLUS reasonable interest, compounded annually!"

Having been highly instrumental in the analyzation and documenting of the recent case before the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit involving some 1300 pilots who were abused and defrauded by IRS agents, resulting in a mega-million dollar judgment by the 9th Circuit overriding the U.S. tax court's decisions to the contrary, Paul DesFosses' high value in assisting the analyzation, documenting and certification process for the First Amendment Ultimate Lawsuit is indisputable.
