A: Absolutely not. Your identity is protected at all
times. It would be against the law, a further violation of your

Q: What can I hope to achieve in return for my
participation in this lawsuit?
A: We are going after a minimum of $10,000 per participant for civil
rights damage settlement plus the ultimate dismantlement of the I.R.S.
While neither of these are guaranteed, there are high hopes and strong
beliefs in the possibility that one or both of these may be
accomplishable. Also, in the event that there should be any
difficulty in getting our case into the United States Court of Claims,
we may find it necessary to reduce the suit per person's amount down to
$9500. per person in order to be able to file the case in a district
court somewhere in the United States. This will be done only if
there are no other sound choices before us.
