What we expect and hope to |

As we bring forward our filing of the charges that we are making against the Internal Revenue Service federal agency, the National Archives Division of the Federal Register Department, and the United States Government Printing Office, we expect at the very least to be able to file this case in good form and faith with the United States Court of Federal Claims, the court that was established back in the 1800's for the unique purpose of suing the United States when it has committed certain wrongs against the citizens thereof. You can find out more about this court by going to http://www.uscfc.uscourts.gov, and by clicking on the History link there you will find out even more about this court and its relationship to the cause of action that we are pursuing. We have hope that as this specially motivated and learned court comes to understand the gravity and nature of the facts that we are to present them, the judges of that court will find good cause to move to correct Constitutional errors and violations and to compensate those persons in this lawsuit for the damages that they have incurred, particularly since most if not all of the members either have or will have obtained Commercial Judgments against the Internal Revenue Service, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Treasurer of the United States, before ever going to court against this infamous organization. This could mean, in the event that we win our case, and if this Court bases any of its decision on the principles of honor versus dishonor, we will, that each litigant may be awarded with all of their tax money paid in - back, beginning with the first year such persons started to work from 1953, plus 3 % interest for each of those years - compounded annually. Additionally, we hope to be the catalytic action that when the Congress and the people at large everywhere finds out the truth behind the First Amendment violations that have been committed against the people of the United States in general, that the Congress will be politically and practically Forced to dismantle the IRS immediately, altogether, never to be established within this country, or hopefully anywhere else on planet earth, ever again. There are other things that we hope to accomplish by this lawsuit, things that we cannot reveal here at this time, but rest assured that if we accomplish even a good measure of what we intend to strive for, those things not yet known will send such an impact through that agency that they will certainly realized that their days are numbered, no matter what they can do. This much you can rest assured of; no amount of resistance and legal attacks on this hated and feared organization will be spared until we see the signs that they are to be brought crumbling down to the ground and broken into little pieces Forever and Ever. Forever and Ever. AMEN. |
