JOSH MURPHY |
2003 was the year of Josh Murphy. The Rickey Henderson of Whiffleball managed to be in the middle of all things LAWA in 2003. One of the founding members of Team Josh Murphy, the Murph wasn't happy with the team and bounced around to many teams during the regular season. When the playoffs came Murphy's speed and excitement on the basepaths almost willed Cheffan to a come from behind playoff victory against his old team. Then in the championship Murphy was there calling homeruns and cursing his old team. The Curse of the Murph plagued his old team as they fell apart and got blown out by Team Bush. |
