After much planning, doing and re-doing, the ATV and trailer are just about ready for the desert trip with a place for everything and everything in its place. I've had a couple of extensive rides out in the bush getting along at up to about 45 kph on good tracks. The trailer rides well and I was surprised to see how well the cameras and GPS rode. No need to fasten them down. Just like in the car. At this stage it's great to see that I can fit in/on everything I need for two and three day trips in the area of Woomera, Andamooka and Lake Torrens. If I was traveling with a companion I wouldn't need half the safety gear.
