This is our guarantee to you...please pardon the legalese...
Limited Registration, Pet Quality Puppy/Health Guarantee
The actual paperwork you receive includes the AKC or ACA registered Names and Numbers of both the Dam and Sire, the puppy's AKC or ACA registration number, date of birth, sex and complete health record. 

PET QUALITY/ LIMITED REGISTRATION TERMS:

Buyer understands that the buyer has been sold to buyer by seller as "Pet Quality" and with "limited registration".  Limited registration shall be understood that the puppy may have disqualifying cosmetic faults as defined in the AKC or  Bichon Frise standard.  Limited registration shall be understood  to mean that future litters produced by the puppy are not eligable for AKC registration.  The puppy is eligible to compete in all AKC-licensed events excpet breed competition.

HEALTH GUARANTEE:

I) Seller guarentees that the puppy  is in good health at the time of sale and received appropriate medical innoculations and care, including parvo innoculations and worming.  Seller will provide buyer with a chart detailing puppy's treatment under seller's care and future care the seller feels is essential to the puppy's well-being.

II) Seller guarantees that puppy is free from life threatening genetic diseases or disablities for one year  after date of purchase. Things such as parasites, kennel cough, and ear mites are not covered under this contract. Buyer is advised to have the puppy examined by a veteranarian within 72 hours of aquiring the puppy.  Should buyer neglect to take the puppy for this exam, the buyer will  assume immediate and all responsibility for the health of the puppy.  All vet bills are the responsibilty of the buyer.  Should any life threatening genetic diseases or disabilities be discovered during the first year they must be attested to in writing to Seller by the Buyer's Licensed Veteranarian.  The puppy must be returned to the Seller within the one year guaranteed period at the Buyer's expense.  Seller will then provide a replacement pet quality puppy as soon as such a puppy becomes available to the Seller. There will be no money refunded. No  puppy will be replaced after the one year guaranteed time period.

GENERAL:

I)  Seller shall not be held responsible for any acts of the puppy.  Seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy after it leaving the premises.  Seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, morality, Landlord's disapproval, allergy to animal, disagreement of family, etc.   All sales are final. 

II) Buyer agrees to excercise normal care in maintaining puppy's health.  Routine preventative care includes the following: Annual physical examinations by a licensed veteranarian, annual vaccinations, annual fecal examinations, annual screening test for heartworm detection, and rabies vaccinations as mandated by the buyer's state of residence. 

III) Seller makes no guarantee as to the adult size, color, or quality of the puppy. 

IV) It is further understood and agreed that no warranty or representation has been made with respect to the sold puppy except  as set forth in writing in this agreement.
