Laudate' At The Beach-Rules

1.  It will be hot in Ocean City in July!!! Shorts and T-shorts will be allowed, however we ask for discretion and modesty in  all clothing brought to Laudate' At The Beach.  Please do not bring clothes that are too short, revealing, or offensive should be worn.  No halter tops, midrift, shirts, ultra revealing tank tops or spaghetti strap shirts, "Daisy duke type shorts", or two piece bathing suits are to be worn during the event.

Modesty and discretion will be the order of the day'.  If any clothing is deemed inappropriate by the leadership of Laudate' At The Beach you will be asked to change by the adults in a polite manner.

2.  All those attending Laudate' At The Beach will be required to participate in the event with their individual teams.  Not everybody will have to do everything, but his or her participation is required and expected.  If your child is physically unable to participate in an event that will be understood as their safety and welfare is our first concern.  We only ask that you their parents address the attitude of "I simply will not participate" with your child prior the the event.

3.   We ask the older youth that attend to be prepared to assume various roles of leadership and that the younger ones who attend be prepared to follow and support their leaders.  Some Laudate' At The Beach attendees ages 17 to 20 will serve as Team Leaders.  All Laudate' At The Beach attendees ages 20 and above will serve as Mentors

4.  The vent fee includes housing, food, snacks, official "T-shirt, and Reserved Seating as the Laudate' At The Beach concert."

Additional monies that will be needed will be for souvenir items from the Laudate' At The Beach Merchandise Shop.   At the concert the band will be selling their merchandise as well.

Groups traveling from longer distances may require additional monies for travel, meals, and hotel accommodations while getting to and from the event.

5.  There will be plenty of adult supervision on hand during the event.  Your children will be safe and those in charge will be clearly identifiable.

6.  We ask that all attendees bring a bible with them to Laudate' At The Beach.

7.   There will be plenty of free time at  Laudate' At The Beach to allow relationships to be built and friendships to be established.  One of the many purposes of this event is to be able to establish relationships with other youth in the province.  Laudate' At The Beach is intended to be fun as well as life changing.

8.   Everyone attending Laudate' At The Beach is expected to follow the rules and regulations of the event.  There will also be a competent, trained Medical Team at all Laudate' At The Beach events and on call at the church.
