Preparation:
chop 2 onions
Cut gobi into medium pieces and soak it in luke warm
salt water for 30 minutes
Method:
make a batter of.............
4-5 spoons of corn flour, 1 spoon ginger/garlic paste,
1 spoon of red chilli powder, salt, water and 1 spoon of gobi manchurian
masala
Deep Fry the gobi pieces in oil for 3-4 minutes, do not
allow it to colour
heat 4 spoons of oil
+chopped onion..........fry till golden brown
+4-5 green chilli
+chopped capsicum (optional)
+2 spoons of tomato sauce
+1/2 spoon of soya sauce
+garam masala (optional)
+pinch of red food colour
+1 spoon red chilli sauce
+fried gobi...........mix well
+salt

Preparation:
chop 1 medium size onion
cut bread slices into very small pieces
Method:
heat 3 spoons of oil in a pan
+1/2 spoon mustard seeds
+1/2 spoon urad daal
+1 spoon of channa daal
+1/2 spoon turmeric powder
+chopped onion.........fry until golden brown
+chopped 4-5 green chillies
+1 cup of boiled potatoes cubes
+bread
+salt...................mix all the ingredients well
Garnish with coriander leaves

Preparation:
chop 1 cup of onion
Method:
heat 3 spoons of oil in a pan
+chopped onions............fry until golden brown
+chopped cabbage
+salt...........close lid, allow it to cook for 5 minutes
+1 spoon jeera powder
+1/2 black pepper powder
+2 spoons of vinegar
+1 spoon honey............mix well

CUCUMBER SALAD IN CORIANDER DRESSING
Cut cucumber into small pieces (remove the seeds)
+1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
make a paste of..............1/2 bunch of coriander
leaves, 3 spoons of lemon juice, 2 green chillies, 1 spoon sugar, 2 spoons
of olive oil
Add this paste to the chopped cucumber and tomatoes pieces

1 beaten egg, 1 cup of thick milk
Cut cheese pieces into small cubes
Dip the cheese pieces in this batter and deep fry
Serve it with tomato sauce

CARROT
MOUSSE
Preparation:
Peel the skin of the carrot slightly
Cut, boil and put the carrot pieces in a
mixie and make a puree
Method:
take the carrot puree
+2 beaten eggs
+1 spoon of pepper powder
+1/4 spoon of tej patta powder (bay leaf)
+2 spoons of fresh cream
Meanwhile........
Take 1 cup of water in a wide vessel
Put the carrot mixture in small bowls (fill only
3/4 of the bowl) and cover it with cooking foil paper
Place each bowl in the water..........see to it that
only 1/2 portion of the bowl is dipped in water
Allow it to boil for 30 minutes
Serve this carrot mousse with fish fry

EGG ON BREAD SLICE
Preparation:
Take a bread slice cut into a round slice from the middle
Spread butter on either sides of the round slice and
fry it on the tava for 2-3 minutes
Break an egg on the slice
Place sliced tomatoes on the top
+grated cheese
+a pinch of pepper
+pinch of salt on the top
This is a ideal break fast
