CHILDREN'S SPECIAL

GOLD COIN

Preparation:
chop 1 small onion
chop 1 carrot
chop 3-4 spoons of cabbage
boil 1/2 cup of fresh green peas
boil and smash 1 cup potato

Method:
Heat 3 spoons of oil in a pan
+chopped onions..........fry for 3-4 minutes
+ 1 spoon of chopped garlic/ or can also use garlic paste
+salt
+chopped carrots
+chopped cabbage
+boiled green peas
+smashed potato
+pinch of garam masala
+1/2 spoon chilli powder (you can reduce the quantity because this is for children)

Make a thick  batter of 3-4 spoons of maida, a pinch of salt, white ti (seasame seeds) and water
Cut a bread slice into  round shape as shown in the diagram
Place the vegetable mixture on the bread slice, dip this into the maida batter (which acts as a coating)
Deep fry until gold colour

Give this to your children when they are back from school, Gold coin is rich in vitamins and protein

CHOCOLATE RINGS

Take 3 spoons of coco powder
+ 3 spoons of water
+3 spoons of powdered sugar............make make a thick batter
Dilute 1 bar (250 gms) of plain chocolate in this mixture
+1 spoon of instant coffee powder...........keep this mixture aside

Meanwhile.......
Take  10 marie biscuit or any un salted biscuits
Dip the biscuit in the above chocolate batter and keep placing the biscuits on top of each other.
coat the remaining chocolate batter on all the biscuits so that the biscuits are not visible from any side
Freeze it for 3 hours

Remove from freezer and cut them slantly you can see 2 colour rings of  cream colour marie biscuit and brown colour chocolate. Chocolate rings are ready
You can pack this in their lunch box

SWEET CORN SOUP

Preparation:
Heat  2 spoons of oil in a pan
+1 cup  of tender sweet corn
+2 spoons of corn flour..........stir well
+2 spoons of finely chopped onion
+a pinch of ajinamoto
+1 cup of chicken stalk
+4 spoons of boiled shredded chicken
+salt.........give it a 10 minutes boil

Serve it hot with coriander dressing and a pinch of lime juice

CHOCO MILK SHAKE

heat the  pan
+ 2 spoons of coco powder
+4 spoons of sugar
+1 cup water..............stir well until sugar melts
freeze this mixture for 4 hours
remove from the freezer and whip it in the mixie before serving

you can also make straw berry milk shake by adding straw berry instead of coco, same can be done with any fruits, apple, mango, banana, chikku and pineapple
