Now comes the diary of two shows in June with Descent, on June 8 and June 12. Enjoy! |
Tim played his bass, Like he owned the place. And John in the back, Played his drums and cut slack. For the mall was quiet before we came along. They didn't want to hear our loud songs. |
Joe sang a tune in front of some shorts But the mall hated the music of sorts That plays with a loud beat and some flair So Joe ended up pulling out his hair And lying on the floor! Really! No lie! The Bon-Ton show made some people cry. |
But the maddest of all was a fellow named John. He hung his head low, and played softly, on.. The rim of his drums, not the snare, it's too loud! And they didn't want to draw a big crowd. |
Here is a picture from a show on the eighth, Where we got to show that in punk we have faith. We played loud, and hard, and true, And darn it, Tim's jeans, they were the color blue. Granted, the June twelfth show was pretty fun, Even if we only played for minutes, not a ton... But the eighth show was golden, even though We only have one picture, not no less, not any mo' |
...and Tim still plays bass. |
