THE LAST PRONG

<

HOW MANY TIMES CAN A HEART BREAK?

A heart that is dry, but will pump all the same.

Excuse me! is that your heart on the floor? I'm sorry I didn't see it lying there and I think I stepped on it. Which heart? You mean this old thing. Why I hardly know I have it anymore. The pain went away and so did the desires. The passion went dry but the heart kept on fire. I now know the mystery of what love will be. If you just give love and never get let love, you better leave love alone.

There is a reason why blood is the color red. Love and hate do run in the same vein. It's all dark purple a little blackish until the light of air hits it. Then it is the hue we see today. All the holes will bubble with a popping sound as they leave the dieing muscle. Then with one last contraction life as we know it is gone. But the heart will pump on. Which heart? This heart.

THIS IS THE HEART

Which is the heart that has suffered most of the pain
Which is the heart, This is the heart
And which is the heart that is dry but will pump all the same
Which is the heart, This is the heart
and show me the heart that can feel all alone in a crowd
Which is the heart, This is the heart
And which is the heart that is dieing to cry right out loud
Which is the heart, This is the heart
This is the heart
And who knows the mystery of what love will be

When your up in heaven, that heart will be?
When your up in heaven, that heart will be?
When your up in heaven, that heart will be?

Which is the heart that has suffered all of the pain
Which is the heart, This is the heart
And which is the heart that is dry but will pump all the same
Which is the heart, This is the heart
and show me the heart that can feel all alone in a crowd
Which is the heart, This is the heart
And which is the heart that is dieing to cry right out loud

Which is the heart, This is the heart
This is the heart
Which is the heart, This is the heart
This is the heart
Which is the heart, This is the heart
This is the heart
