How to get to the Last Post!
DIRECTIONS! DIRECTIONS! DIRECTIONS! DIRECTIONS! DIRECTIONS!
From Connecticut: Take Interstate I-84 to Route 8 Waterbury. Take Route 8 North to Winsted and right to Route 44 West through the towns of Winsted, Norfolk and Canaan. In Canaan you will find Route 126. Take Route 126 South for one and one-tenth miles to the Last Post. Turn right at the Last Post Sign.
Take Interstate I-95 to Route 8. Take Route 8 North and follow the directions above from Winsted.
Take Interstate I-91 to either I-84 or I-95 South, depending on which is closer and follow those directions to the Last Post.
From Massachussetts: Take Interstate I-84 to Route 8. Take Route 8 North to WInsted and Right to Route 44 West throught the towns of WInsted, Norfolk and Canaan where you will then turn right into Route 126 South. Take Route 126 SOuth one and one-tenths miles to the Last Post. Turn right at the Last Post's sign.
Take Interstate I-91 South to I-84 West; to Route 8 North; to Winsted; and then take Route 44 West. Follow the directions above from Winsted.
