To get there by bus/metro: 
  Take the Ride-On #39 from the Glenmont Metro Station to the Briggs Chaney Park-N-Ride.  It runs during rush hour only (4:28, 4:58, 5:28, 5:59, & the last bus is at 6:30 pm).  Or take the Metrobus Z-11 from the Silver Spring Metro Station.  It runs during rush hour only (5:31, 5:41, 5:51, 6:01, 6:13, 6:28, 6:45, 7:05 & 7:35 is the last bus). The Community Center is across the street from the Briggs Chaney Park-N-Ride. 

To return by bus/metro:
  Take the Metrobus Z-8 to the Silver Spring Metro Station.  The bus leaves from the Briggs Chaney Park-N-Ride at 8:08, 8:37, 9:08, 9:38, 10:08, 10:38, 11:08 and the last bus is at 11:38 pm.

From Downtown Silver Spring:

*Take Colesville Road (Rt. 29 north)
*Take a right onto Briggs Chaney Road
*Take a left onto Gateshead Manor Way
   (across from the Buick/Pontiac dealership and the Pepsi warehouse)
*East County Community Center is on the left

From Gaithersburg/Germantown:

*Take I-270 south to I-495 toward Silver Spring
*Take the Colesville Road north exit  (Rt. 29 north) toward Columbia
*Take a right onto Briggs Chaney Road
*Take a left onto Gateshead Manor Way
   (across from the Buick/Pontiac dealership and the Pepsi warehouse)
*East County Community Center is on the left

From I-95:

*Take I-95 toward Washington, DC
*Take exit #33-B - Burtonsville (Rt. 198)
*Take a left onto Colesville Road (Rt. 29 south)
*Take a left onto Gateshead Manor Way
   (across from the Buick/Pontiac dealership and the Pepsi warehouse)
*East County Community Center is on the left
