SCHOOL POLICY
(Article III)
Section 1
All students who are officially enrolled at Lapinigan National High School are bona fide members and are subject to follow the ruled and regulations set by the school.
Section 2
All registered and bona fide students of Lapinigan National High School must wear their complete uniform with ID during school days except Wednesday, which is wash day. Student must wear decent attire during wash day. Short pants, porontong, and sleeveless are not allowed. Students who could not wear uniform and ID should not be allowed to enter the school campus. First and second offense will be punished by the teacher-adviser repeat performance will be sent to the principal or Guidance Counselor for disciplinary action..
Section 3
All registered and bona fide students of Lapinigan National High School ae required to attend Flag Ceremony and report in class on time, especially after recess, and on during the first period in the afternoon. Students are expected to report five (5) minutes before the official time set for flag ceremony, recess, and first period morning and afternoon. Erring students to this offense will report to designated teachers by year level for the three times. Fourth offense will bring their parents to the Principal or Guidance Counselor and be subjected for disciplinary action.
Section 4
Students who will be absent from classes will secure a written letter of consideration from their parents stating the reason for such an absence. Committing such offense for the first and second time will be given appropriate action by their teacher-adviser, for the third offense, students shall be required to bring their parents in the school for admission. Next offense shall be endorsed to SSA Coordinator.
Section 5
Cutting classes id strictly prohibited. Any students found cutting classes for the first and second offense shall be given appropriate action by the teacher-adviser. For the third offense, they are required to bring their parents for admission. For the succeeding offense, they will be subjected to suspension.
Section 6
Any student who has been ill for three (3) days shall present a Doctor’s Certificate and bring his/her parents before seeking admission.
Section 7
A student who has been physical defects or is incapable to undergo strenuous activities shall present medical certificate to be exempted from PMT or PEHM.
