Chapter 2-

Stacey stands up to meet all of them. She goes down the row and shakes all of there hands. She has little conversations with all of them. She gets to the end. Everyone has gone back to get water and get ready to finish the warm up for the game except for Landon.

�Are you the special one of the team? Here last, and all. You get to sit out from warm ups the longest. Tisk tisk!�

They both laugh a bit.

�No im no one special. I�m just Landon Donovan, but you�re Stacey Carter, the best woman athlete to come to the Woman�s Profession Soccer league.�

She smiles and blushes.

�I don�t think im the best woman athlete; I mean you have hand full of domaint athletes. I�ve just gotten a lot of publicity, I�ve been lucky. I mean I haven�t even played in a league game yet. Plenty of Pre-Season, but no league games.�

�Well believe me, once you start season you won�t be complaining, so enjoy your time off while you can!� Landon says.

�Well I guess I will its been nice meeting you�

�Ya, same here. Hey, by any chance do you want to go out for a bite to eat after the game or something?�

Landon asks.

�Um, ya maybe. I planed on going to a sports bar to watch more games. Maybe you�ll find me there�its call the Sports Grill.�

She smiles.

�Now go back to your warm up the coach is walking over looks like your in trouble!�

She giggles as he turns around hearing his name. He runs over to the coach and just nods. Stacey turns around and begins to walk over to the Galaxy side to begin to meet the coach and the players.
