| I rode north looking for US84 to show up. It finally did and I knew my ride back to the west side of the Pearl River was assurred, if the bridge hadn't fallen. US84 is an important historic road. It is being 4 laned. It deserves Interstate status. After crossing the swolen Pearl I rode a bit into Montecello looking for Greek architecture. I saw none on the main drag. I didn't take a picture. I wanted to get on the road that leads to what is below. Ms.587. The road to Red Bluff. |
| I wanted a Winter picture. The hardwoods would be leafless and the pines still green. The falling fog set it all off and needless to say, the picture can only portray it to small degree. It is a neat place. 587 is an awesome motorcycling road, also. It crosses the drainage headed to the Pearl River which is out there somewhere. 587 does a bit of twisting and turning, things good bike roads do, it does a lot. To see more check below. |
