Booking and Prices
Making a Booking
Please contact
us to check
availability and pricing. A provisional booking may be made by
telephone or email. A deposit of £100 per week is required to
confirm the booking and the full balance is due 8 weeks before
departure. Full payment is required at the time of booking if
travel is within 8 weeks.
Important Information
Maximum occupancy is 4 persons.
Normal entry time into the
villa is 4pm to allow for cleaning. On the day of departure you
will be required to vacate the property at 10am.
Rental rates are inclusive
of electricity, bed linen and towels (not beach towels), arrival clean
and departure clean and mid stay clean and linen change for stays of 14
days. Peak season rental rates include air conditioning but for all
other times an extra charge is payable if air conditioning/heating is
required.
