A few words about membership in the Lalor PTA...

Although 2/3 of the $3.00 you pay in dues goes to the State and National PTA and what it supports, you should join. It is not about the money, it is about the "moral" support for the few who are making the time to be executive board members and committee chairpersons for all of the children at Lalor. They have jobs, outside of school activities, and family responsibilities, and still make the time to be active in Lalor's PTA. Their efforts are many and without them the children would not reap the benefits which add to their overall experience at Lalor School. You can view the archives pages to see what is done. These very active people accomplish a lot!!!  PTA is way more than cookies and cupcakes, although they are good, too. If you can afford tobacco, lottery,etc. you can spend $3.00 to show these people you support what they do.
Enough of the lecture....JUST JOIN PLEASE!!!
