-Bought additional gift certificates for 7 high sellers (fundraiser) and 100% participation parties -paid for film and developing -10/89 purchased a new camera -10/89 donated $50 to RIF, �94- $175 -winter concert , grandparents day, Back to School Night, DARE graduation, Family Day Kindergarten Orientation, field day (ribbons in addition)refreshments
-made donation to HHWest for their Vietnam Veterans Memorial -purchased refreshments for the library for Youth Art Month 91,93 -purchased meat for Red Cross basket ' 91, $100 toward the same in�93 -sponsored play book at Crockett Middle School several times -paid for various pizza party�s -purchased an answering machine for the Safe Arrival Program -budgeted money each year for assembly programs -contributed toward toner and developer of copy machine -purchased a button machine and supplies -forwarded foodtown rec't proceeds to trips(generally in excess of $1,000 each year) * until Foodtown closed in Fall 1998
-purchased homework assignment journals for 4th and 5th grade -gave a gift of cash to classroom teachers for purchase of something for their classroom (yearly) �91 purchased a TV/VCR cart in lieu -took out ad in MCCFounders Day program three times -donated $100 through Officer Valyo for needy -set aside $3,000 for purchase of Ellison Letter Machine and 3 sets of risers,also some to go toward fans -spring '92 purchased a Kodak camera -Founders Day 1993 hosted a ceremony (candle lighting, presented certificates and gifts to past presidents) -donated $100 to HHWest safe graduation night -$12 to �Operation Dreamlift Read-a-thon (Mrs.Graziano�s class raised $500 which paid for 2 plane tickets to Disney World for children -$500 of Troll books
-purchased and initiated a PTA bulletin board -$25 Earlene Czmyr Memorial -$1,000�s from book fair proceeds to library - $400 to nurses office for supplies -$25 to St.Lawrence Rehab in memory of a teachers parent -purchased visitor passes for main office -$150 to Family Art Night -$150 5th grade trip to Princeton Art Museum -$90 for eyeglasses for a child
-sympathy flowers, get wells etc. -purchased a file cabinet -$500 to get �Peace Program� underway for guidance dept. -$200 for Family Study Skills Program -$100 sponsorship to Mrs.Flores for an educational trip to Australia -used clothing drive *$150 advanced to Mrs.Oliver�s class to start a school store (which was repaid) -purchased gift certificate(s) to Learning Partners for Mrs.Sanger and Mrs.Grushow -certificates of appreciation to children who performed at Founder's Day Dinner
-purchased a fax machine -donated $250 toward the 5th grade dance -purchased a digital camera -purchased "graduation gift" of t-shirts for 5th grade ( yearly ) -'98 sale of Humani-tees and stickees, proceeds to go to air conditioner for nurse's office -9/98 presented Mrs.Dickson, Mrs.Goliszewski, Mrs.Graziano and Mrs.Szilvasi with corsage and plaque for having been chosen Best Practice School, also presented each student from those classes with a certificate to the school store -9/98 purchased a token gift of a stick on calendar for PTA membership -purchased a calculator
-purchased a tape recorder -have budgeted $ for school grounds beautification for Fall and Spring projects (flowers,bulbs,shrubs and mulch ) -fall'98 gave Mrs.Sanger 25 Geoffrey $ for baby gift -Thanksgiving food drive for needy, 5 turkey's donated by DiPaola Turkey Farm -sponsored Ice Skating party '98,'99 -arranged with Carlson Tree Farm to doanate a % of tree sales to PTA ($30) -12/99 purchased a PA system $1,267.75 for school -1/99 flowers for National School Nurses Day
-purchased Rider to insurance policy to cover ice skating parties $35 -2/99 flowers for National Schools Guidance Counselor Week -2/99 proceeds from G.Hawke spring sale to library, $3,082 in new books -4/99 flowers for Secretary's Day -spring '99 Book Fair proceeds to library $1,400 in books -$500 cork stripping for classrooms -no more than $850 for student school planners for 99/2000 school year -no more than $300 for 2 walkie talkies ( $59.99 each )
-no more than $400 for 3 VCR's -2 sets of risers at the cost of $1,777 ( 1999 ) *This purchase was not made at this time because there was not enough money left for the purchase. These risers were purchased in the summer of 2000. -paid an additional $352 to increase insurance coverage to $100,000 -6/99 School Picnic, additional purchase of Lalor frisbees future 50/50 proceeds to buy a new TV for first floor as the money allows
