| CONNECT & RECONNECT 2nd & 4th Sundays @ 6:00pm Connect is visitation that takes us into the homes of persons submitted to us by members that need to hear the message of God's salvation in Jesus Christ. We try to get the member to go with us, if possible, and we share the gospel message with the person/persons and offer them an opportunity to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Reconnect is visitation that takes us into the homes of persons who have attended in the past, but for some reason, are not actively attending a church now. We seek to encourage them to deal with whatever is keeping them from assembling with the brethren, and to become actively involved in His work again. |
| R.E.A.L. Men R.E.A.L. Men meet twice monthly to disciple and mentor men to be the Spiritual leaders in the home, church, and community that God intended them to be. The study encourages men to be Reverent, Evangelistic, Accountable, Leaders. Hence the name R.E.A.L. Men. We meet the second and fourth Monday nights of each month at 7:00pm at the church. | WOMEN IN THE WORD "Women in the Word" is a ladies Bible Study that meets each Tuesday at 10:30am and the 2nd and 4th Monday evenings at 7:00pm, at the church. Tuesday's study is led by Marijo Lorenz, and Monday evening's study is led by Teresa Lyday. Women in the Word was started many years ago by Jeannie Chatfield. The studies are relevant to today's issues and are written by some of today's best selling Christian authors, such as Beth Moore and Kay Arthur. The ladies have several luncheons and dinners throughout the year. Many new friends are made each year. A nursery is provided. For more information contact the church at 828-884-4008. |
