| LAKE TARPON VILLAGE GAZETTE The "Real" web for the Village of Lake Tarpon, Inc. Pinellas County EVENTS: CLICK HERE Our Village Events: We are a fine group of 507 families. This village was developed in the early 70s with rich history of the area. We have two fine county parks on our lake. Anderson and John Chestnut CLICK HERE for map. These pages are presented for information purposes. We always need a new look at what we do. This is an exceptional way to share information within our community. If you send the editor an e-mail, please mention in the subject line "Lake Tarpon Village" or your address in the village. This helps to keep the editors computer from catching a virus. The Gazette will feature favorite pictures of village activities and happenings. Any comments within the membership can be viewed at our group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/lake_tarpon_village/. This group can be joined by submitting to the editor who you are in our village. *********** ASSOCIATION DUES Dues for 2009-10 are due now. $5 per person. Check your membership cards to see that your card is up-to-date. Barbara R. is activity council treasurer in charge of the dues that support the activities at the clubhouse. Barbara is at the koffee klatch on most Saturdays if you prefer to contact her there.. ANNUAL BOAT CRUISE sponsored by the boat club. (FREE) Boats depart at noon and 2 pm March 15, 2008. This annual event is an excellent way to see the sites on Lake Tarpon. If you have never been out on the lake before, this program is one of our best, be sure to not miss this one 2008-9 season. There will be karaoke at the clubhouse at 5pm! See our photo Page 7 of this web site. BOAT CLUB NEWS CLICK HERE Paper drive supports the boat club activities. The paper bin has been moved to the south side of the clubhouse. Please no phonebooks or magazines. Tin cans can be placed in plastic bags, be sure to tie up the bags please. This is not a big fund raiser, but a service with small dividends, and a group with a handful of volunteers that are organized to keep it running smoothly. WATER AEROBICS Aerobics start at 10 am daily Monday through Friday Neither the authors, editors, or members, who take part in this news bulletin, take responsibility for any possible consequence with regard to any violation or breach, while the Gazette defines its boundaries keeping the integrity of its contents following the need heard from the Village. Subject matter will be kept light, as we do at the koffee klatsch on Saturdays, with a bit of an addition. Information will be verified or processed through logical deduction.
