Lakeshore Lops
History
    It all started with two pet bunnies that we got our boys at Easter.  While trying to look for a third bunny, I discovered the world of bunny raising and showing that I never knew existed.  From there I began to search for breeders in our area.  We got our first pedigree Holland Lop from Sherrie and Brittany Wilkes.  She is a broken tort named Mercedes...or Sadie as we call her.  After Sadie, came Jasper from Max and Lynn Rumfelt (Rumfelt Rabbitry).  He is a great Tort buck.  This is how it all started. 

   We are located in Mooresville, NC, which is just about 30 miles north of Charlotte.  Mooresville is one of the communities along Lake Norman, thus our rabbitry name.  Our goal is to raise quality Holland Lops, show them in nearby shows, and, most of all, have fun.  We welcome advice from more experienced breeders, so send it all our way. Many thanks to Lisa Young (Sugarplum's Bunnies) for all her helpful advice and putting up with all my questions.

    We are always looking to meet other breeders and make new friends.  Hopefully, we'll get to know you sometime soon!
