On Saturday,
November 23rd, the Ohio Department of Natural Resources - Divsion of Watercraft will
administer an Ohio Boating Education Course here at Lake Seneca in Arrowhead Lodge.
This is a perfect opportunity for anyone born after 1/1/82 to receive his or her
Ohio Vessel Operator's Certificate. This certification is needed by law to operate
personal watercraft and boats. It also doesn't hurt for those of us born before 1982
to brush up on the rules and laws too.
