1. Marriage

1.1 no werewolf may marry a non werewolf

1.2 no werewolf may marry another werewolf

1.3 a married person who becomes a werewolf must divorce its spouse within three (3) weeks of receiving the bite. Failure to comply will result in:

    1.3.1 a life sentence in Azkaban for both parties

    1.3.2 banishment of the Werewolf to Canada for situations in which the partner wishes to comply but the werewolf will not

2. Procreation

2.1 no werewolf may reproduce

2.2 a werewolf must be sterilized within one (1) week of the first full moon. Exception is made for a child who must be sterilized no more than one (1) week following its eighteenth (18) birthday failure to comply will result in:

    2.2.1 execution by beheading

2.3 offspring of a werewolf born or conceived before the parent first became a werewolf must be removed from the care of the werewolf

2.4 the werewolf may not come within one thousand (1000) yards of its offspring

2.5 should a werewolf conceive an offspring the offspring must be exterminated immediately

3. Employment

3.1 no werewolf my work in a place of employment where it might come in contact with people, food, material goods, animals or magical aids

3.2 any employer found to have knowingly hired a werewolf is subject to eight (8) months in Azkaban and a fine of 5000 galleons

3.3 a werewolf must present its registration number to prospective employers failure to comply will result in:

    3.3.1 no less than fifteen (15) years in Azkaban

    3.3.2 and a fine of 5000 galleons should the werewolf be unable to pay the fine it will spend an additional five (5) years in Azkaban

4. Property

4.1 no werewolf may own property

4.2 any property owned by a person prior to becoming a werewolf must be signed over to the Board for the Regulation of Dangerous Beasts

4.3 no werewolf may enter a public park

4.4 no werewolf may spend more than twenty-one (21) days in a private household failure to comply will result in:

    4.4.1 incarceration of the owner of the house for no less than four (4) months in Azkaban and a fine of no less         than five thousand (5000) galleons

    4.4.2 incarceration of the werewolf in Azkaban for no less than two (2) years or

    4.4.3 banishment of the werewolf to Canada

5. Insurance

5.1 no werewolf my purchase or use insurance of any sort

6. Misclellaneous

6.1 no werewolf may enter or patronize a public restaurant

6.2 no werewolf may own or operate a broomstick, camera, cauldron or wand

6.3 all owls sent by or for a werewolf must be reviewed and approved by the ministry

6.4 a werewolf may not prepare food, drink or potions for a witch, wizard or animal

6.5 no werewolf may keep a pet

6.6 a werewolf may not touch, in any way, a witch, wizard or animal

    6.6.1 a healer may touch a werewolf if necessary

    6.6.2 dragon hide gloves must be worn when touching a werewolf

    6.6.3 hands must be washed with scourous potion within two (2) minutes of coming in contact with a werewolf

6.7 any object touched or breathed upon by a werewolf must be incinerated immediately
