and network architecture of new products; created tri-fold
glossy brochures with original artwork, to promote the center.
- Transformed bland PowerPoint
presentations on technical topics into polished, eye-catching

Website Development and
Management
- Designed and managed the extremely
popular customer center intranet site, which garnered 34,000
hits in under one year; including animation using Shockwave
/ Flash and introduced eye-catching components and interesting
color schemes to provide a full overview of the center.
- Created and managed an easy-to-maneuver
Web site for a highly specialized digital subscriber line,
designed the navigation and graphics, updated content, and
interacted with members.
- Designed an intranet site for
a research and development group in one weekend; created
27 Web pages showcasing employees and including digital
photography; based on exceptional results was asked to assume
all Web development and management functions for the customer
center.
Art Group Start-up and

- Initiated and orchestrated the
creation of an in-house art group, within 4 months, to develop
all previously outsourced marketing products: posters, presentations,

project completion times.
