R I C E   O L E

ingredients:

4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, sliced
200g ground pork
200g medium shrimps, shelled
1/2 cooked green peas
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
250g tomato sauce
5 cups cooked rice
1 egg, cooked into omelet, cut into strips
3 stalks green onions, chopped

procedure:

Saute garlic, onion and pork. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add shrimps, green peas, bell pepper and tomato sauce.
Season with 2/3 tsp. iodized salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in rice. Mix until well blended.
Topped with strips of egg and green onions.

COOKIE   DOUGH   BROWNIES

ingredients:

for brownie:
1 pkg. (21.5-oz) fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

for fillings:
1/2 cup butter,softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsps. milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour

for glaze:
1 cup (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp shortening
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

procedure:

Preheat oven to 350 deg.F
Grease bottom of 13x9 inch pan
In large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil and egg;beat 50 strokes by hand
Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Spread mixture in grease pan.
Bake at 350 deg.F for 33 to 35 mins. Cool completely.

In large bowl, beat 1/2 cup butter, brown sugar & sugar until light & fluffy.
Add milk and vanilla; blend well.
Add flour; mix well.
Spread mixture over cooled brownies.

In small bowl, melt 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 tbsp butter. do this until chocolate is melted; stir until smooth.
Carefully spoon glaze over filling; spread to cover.
Top with walnuts.
Cut into bars.
