"Well, Phong, what the deal with this sprite-clone?" Matrix glanced at the script that Phong held in his hand. It was all Cobalt to him.

"My child, I have some rather interesting things about this clone. First off, it seems to have some definite viral abilities. Perhaps you remember what happened when Megabyte and Hexadecimal merged?"

Matrix didnt even have to think. "Gigabyte!" he said.

"That is correct. Perhaps again you remember what made him such a threat."

This one stumped Matrix for a moment, but AndrAIa chimed in, "I think it was because he could absorb energy and then create portals to the web."

"Right, my child. It seems that among his other abilities, he is completely energy absorbing. It. . ."

"Wait, Phong," Matrix interrupted. "It cant be completely energy absorbing. Bob put in stasis after knocking it out with an energy beam. It didnt absorb that energy."

"Quite right, Matrix, but if you had let me finish, I would have told you the rest of the script: to absorb the energy, it must use its claw. Also, the same claw seems to be able to open a portal to the web. However, I am unsure as to whether it knows how to use all its abilities yet."

"Then weve got to stabilize it , Phong." Bob, along with Mouse and Dot, had walked up during Phongs last speech and interjected this statement. "If the creature isnt safe weve got to find some way to make it benign."

"And I think Ive found just the thing to please you, suga," said Mouse. "While lookin at this things code, I think I can scramble the delete code against Matrix. And anotha thing, its got a name."

"A name?!" exclaimed AndrAIa.

"Thats right, sweetheart, a name. Apparently whoever made it gave it name. I found it tattooed under the tattoo on its arm."

"What were you doing looking at its arm?" asked Phong.

"I try to be thorough. I saw something about a name somewhere on its body. So, I checked it out. Anyway, I found out what they call the thing."

"What?" said Matrix, who was brimming over with impatience at Mouses ramblings.

"Before we get to the name," interrupted Phong, "I would like to point out a few other features that stand out in this clone. Besides his super-sprite strength, the thing that most confuses me is its eyes."

"What do its eyes have to do with anything?" asked Dot, who had not said anything before. Phong turned to her.

"Its eyes seems to have some ability that I have not seen before. Perhaps it is some kind of new viral strain instilled in it, but we shall have to watch and see."

"Are you done now, Phong?" asked Mouse.

"Yes, I am done. You may proceed."

"Well, as I said, I found its name. Seems kinda peculiar: Matrix007."

"Thats an odd name. I wonder where it got it." remarked Dot.

"We shall have to wait for it to wake up before we will know."

Slowly, they all turned and began to walk back to the examination room. Phong scooted over to Mouse and asked her, "Do you have some way of taking away the delete command?"

"Well," said Mouse, and she continued to explain it Phong as they sauntered down the corridor.
