| March 14, 2004 The first day that Sher saw me and took me to her home. I must admit I hated the car ride and thought she'd never get home. If she keeps driving like she does Humans will become extinct. March 15th and 16th, 2004 Sher can't seem to get my basking rock regulated to the correct temperatures. She's tried different wattages of bulbs and seems confused at the moment. She does have a Reptisun UVB/UVA bulb, but can't get the heat bulb to work properly. I'll give her a few more tries to figure it out on her own. March 17th and 18th, 2004 I've been eating my greens and my crickets. I'm not too fond of the pellets though. Maybe I just don't like the colours because I don't see any red pellets in there. But I'm feeling constipated and haven't gone these past two days. March 19th and 20th, 2004 Okay, I'm convinced that my human, Sher has lost it. She's in a panic that I haven't pooped. She' reading every board she can find and she tried to give me a bath in a tub that I can easily jump out of. On Saturday, she finally got a rubbermade tub I can't jump out of and I soaked a good 20 minutes. (Great Big Smile) Relief at last, I think the greens actually did the job though. March 21st and 22nd, 2004 Sigh, the human is in a panic again because my poops is liquidy instead of formed. She's back on the boards again trying to figure out why. Plus, Get this, she cut my greens out to eliminate one possibility and to see how things go. So, I'm on a diet of pellets, (YUCK) and crickets (YUMMIE), however I do miss my greens. What is she trying to figure out? Did the greens do this to me? Did I soak too long in the water? Could I have Parasites? (Shiver). She's like a detective eliminating one possibility then the next. HELP!!! March 23, 2004 Sher has found a new buzz word that she has been banging her head doing research on it. It's called Coccidia! Now before she went totally nuts I decided to direct her to a very good informative website. After Sher read it she relaxed a bit and guess what? She gained some knowledge. Hip Hip Hurray! Can someone make her stop waving at me!!! Please take a look at Tosney's Bearded Dragon Care on my TIPS page. March 24th and 25th, 2004 Oh I got Sher good! I'm still laughing manically about it. She got up to turn my lights on, now mind you I was waiting for her, as soon as she turned the lights on I flared my beard! I knew it was showing my beautiful orange colors by the look of fear in her eyes. She jumped back from me so quickly as I stood there proudly. I'll tell you what she can almost jump as fast as my crickets can. March 26, 2004 Sher and I had a wonderful evening last night. She gave me a very nice warm bath and I pooped in it for her. (Sighs happily) Isn't life wonderful? After the bath she held me for a long time. I know that I can make this human bond with me, it's just a matter of time. |
