Drug dealers, dope pushers, and drive by's
People robbing for a fix and telling lies
It's so crazy the things that happens here
I know this place inside out, I've been here for years
20 years to be exact and trying to get out is where my mind is at
I'm so sick of this place and the people here
The same things go on year after year
It's really messed up living in my world
Just another day in the life of a ghetto girl
You can't even be safe in your own home these days
Without somebody doing something to make you amazed
Like the time I left on New Years Eve
To my knowledge I didn't know I was being decieved
The next day I found my house broken into
First they threw a rock through the window
Then they took the color t.v. and the vcr,
where my eyes decieving me?
Now I can't even leave my house
Without a funny feeling

Now you see what happens living in my world
