Spring Equinox also know as Ostara, the Rite of Spring, marks the first day of true Spring. Energies of Nature shift from sluggishness or winter to the exuberant of Spring. The Goddess bursting forth from her sleep blankets the Earth with fertility, as the God streches and grows to maturity.
On Ostara the hours of the day and night are equal. The light is taken over the darkness. Wild creature began to reproduce. This is a time of beginings, planting spells for furture gain and tending of your ritual gardens.
