Litha also know as Midsummer, Summer Solstice, arrives when the powers of nature reach thier highest point. Earth is awash in the fertility of the Goddess  God. Midsummer is a classic time for magick of all kinds, some rituals include jumping of the fire to encourge fertilty , purfications, health  Love. The fire represents the Sun, feted on this time of the longest daylight hours.
The Symbols of Litha are Fire, Sun, Blades, Mistletoe, Oak Trees, Balefire, Sun Wheels,  Faeries. The Colors are Gold, Green, Blue,  Tan. The Animals Robin, Wren, Summer Birds, Horses,  Cattle. The Stones are Emerald, Jade, Tiger's Eye, Lapis Lazuli, Diamond.
