In todays time we find it hard to create any time for ourselves. We are rushing to our jobs, taking the kids to functions, finding something to cook for dinner and oooo those cloths are piled up again. Sometimes we just need to stop and breath and connect with all the beautiful things the Goddess has given us. Stop and feel the sun shine on your face and feel her breath gently caress you. Even though that may sound like a cliche' that we have heard so many times before it holds much wisdom.
We must make and take that time out for ourselves.
How can we ever find our innerself and seek the Goddss if we never just "BE STILL"?
Be still and listen to your inner voice.
Nail Oil

4tbs almond oil
1tbs apricot kernel
5 drops essential oil of geranium
2 drops essential oil of rose

Combine all the ingredients and store in a clean, dark glass
bottle. Massage nail cuticles with it once a day to help the
nails grow stronger.
Sensual Bath
2 cups European Spa Salt
2 cups Dead Sea Salt
5 drops Ylang Ylang Essential Oil (alone or in
combination with
others listed)
10 drops Lavender Essential Oil
5 drops Neroli Essential Oil
Relaxing Bath
1 cup Epsom Salt
1 cup Dead Sea Salt
1 cup European Spa Salt
10 drops Lavender Essential Oil
20 drops Bergamot Essential Oil
20 drops Sweet Orange Essential Oil
Sleepy-time Bath
1 cup European Spa Salt
1 cup Dead Sea Salt
10 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil
10 drops Sweet Orange or Mandarin Essential Oil
