I do 50 crunches with 100# 's of weight per day.
Daily: I do a minimum of 20 minutes on the Recumbant Bike, varying the speeds and intensity.
My hubbie fondly refers to this machine as "The Tittie Crusher" .
I have just started using the Epiltrainer ~ Hurts so good! I try to do at least 10 minutes per day on it. You can easily burn more calories in a shorter time on this machine then on the treadmill and bikes !
In addition to the above exercises I also do cardio on the treadmill and weight training machines for the : triceps, biceps, legs, thighs, hips, and obliques. On the days I don't go to the gym you can find me out walking or doing an exercise video.
Since the weather is starting to get a little bit better, my DH and I, (sometimes the kids), have been riding our new bikes we got for Christmas.  We enjoy riding through Fort Stevens state park, on all of the trails.
